ORDERING

You can email me with your requirements and I will then return a email and invoice for the items or you can phone me.

Please include the item code number and brief description in your email, also your chosen method of payment (i.e. PayPal, Postal Order, Cheque)

Payment must be received before I dispatch your order.

POST and PACKING

To ensure that all your items arrive in good condition I take great care in packing your parcels and although I try to keep the packing costs to a minimum It is necessary to levy a small packing charge in addition to the postage. Unless requested I use 2^nd class mail for Jiffy Bags  up to 250 grams that is £2.00, Other small packages up to 700 grams is £3.50, after that it will be royal mail standard parcels starting at £5.00 depending on weight. Lace makers stands are £12.25 with Parcel force 48. International orders please email for postage/shipping cost.

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

I attempt to dispatch orders with in three working days of receiving your order although this is not always possible, due to craft fairs and bank holidays. Also bare in mind, I have no control over the postal service, so please allow a reasonable time for delivery. If for any reason the order is delayed, then I will email you first with the expected delivery time. I can also post items using special delivery which is normally the next day delivery. But this is quite expensive, ask for details.

PAYMENT

I can accept the following methods of payment.

PAYPAL                                Online payment this is my preferred method of payment

POSTAL ORDERS                These can be uncrossed or made payable to Paul Haynes

CHEQUES                             These must have your cheque guarantee details on the reverse, also your name and address. Cheques must be made payable to P.D.Haynes

CASH                                     If you have to send cash through the post, please send by recorded delivery

OVERSEAS ORDERS

I am pleased to supply goods anywhere in the world by air mail service, but I can only accept PAYPAL for this. Email me first and I will inform you of the shipping charges

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

I can make almost anything you require but I must have a working drawing, measurements, type of wood and the finish that’s required. I can normally get back to you within 24 hours with the pricing and delivery time for you.

Returns Policy

Items can only be returned if faulty, or if the wrong item has been supplied. I do not supply goods on approval. Please contact me straight away if you need to return a item.
